Ref Week 3-27

 

Shooting for ref meeting April 3rd at 6 pm.

May push to the April 10th depending on if people have enough time to get arranged for meeting.

 

A few things to cover. 

 

Please always call a foul when a player puts someone in the boards...should be a blue by the book but I do understand a brush into the boards calling a foul only as it can make for better gameplay at the higher levels, higher level players mostly get it.

Lower levels not so much.

 

This week was the most challenging in scheduling.  We all ref and Timekeep for extra money.  We all have different needs that may change week to week or be consistent.  I will always try to work with anyone as best I can to assist. 

We have A Lot of options for officials right now.  If you needed more than I was able to give this week I apologize in advance.  Heading into the Summer season we may be less busy so shifts will reflect that.  Maybe we will get more 3V3 or even big field teams.  IF so everyone will have more opportunity.

 

Thank you for all you do.  Even if you only come 1 time a week, please come ready to give it your 110%.  Your day may be the only day a new person comes and if they see you give 110%, they will come back.

 

If you just don't want to be there on a scheduled day, try to swap.  I know I gave up a shift last week even though I really needed to ref...but I also knew I was not going to be able to be fair, call a good game or really give a rats a$$.
