Thanks again To Donald and Jenny for getting Karina tom compliment you for a job well done. I am convinced that we do much better as a staff than we get complimented for. Keep up the good work.
When bouncing between high divisions and lover divisions try to work together to remind each other that in the lover division they want a lot less contact.
This is not easy to do as you can get into a mindset while reffing a higher division game then having to switch gears can be tougher as you call a great game but the lower division wants more light contact fouls.
